The HEREWEAR workshop,"Antwerp. Make It Social," held on the 7th of March 2024, brought together social enterprises, the Antwerp Municipality, and local and European stakeholders to explore the role of the social economy in revitalising the garment and textile industry. The event focused on collaboration, innovation, and sustainable practices to integrate social enterprises into the mainstream economy. This manifesto outlines the essential steps and innovative approaches discussed during the event to transform the green social economy from a niche into a mainstream force.
